Chief Information Officer

About the role

The Chief Information Officer will shape and execute the technology vision for FactBase Consulting Limited, ensuring that IT initiatives are tightly aligned with the company’s overall business strategy. This senior leadership position reports directly to the executive team and drives digital transformation across manufacturing and warehousing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior management on IT upgrades, acquisitions and emerging technologies.
• Define, articulate and maintain an enterprise‑wide IT strategy that supports corporate goals.
• Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks covering project, service, architecture, security, quality and performance management.
• Lead the design, implementation and ongoing support of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Develop business cases for new technology solutions and present recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Design and oversee a robust disaster recovery plan to guarantee continuous system and network availability.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 12 years of relevant IT experience, including 4 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Professional certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, MCSE, RHCA or CISSP are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of managing the IT function of an organization, preferably within manufacturing or warehousing.
