IT Support Staff

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Staff to maintain and optimise our computer systems and network infrastructure at our Marina office in Abeokuta. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting, hardware replacement and ensuring reliable internet access for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain smooth operation of computer systems and network.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues promptly.
• Replace and upgrade computer hardware as needed.
• Install and configure hardware and software for new and existing users.
• Provide internet access for new employees during onboarding.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure optimal service reliability.
• Prevent unauthorized access to the internet and internal systems.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration or a similar role.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer networking, internet connectivity and network troubleshooting.
