Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

The Chief Commercial Officer will lead Kenex Konsults International’s commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and market expansion across the advertising and media sector. Reporting to the executive team, the CCO will oversee sales, marketing, business development and client relationship functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Oversee sales, marketing, business development and customer relationship operations.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.
• Lead and manage commercial teams to enhance performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer demands.
• Design pricing, sales and market penetration strategies.
• Collaborate with executive management on strategic business planning.
• Prepare commercial forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term business sustainability.
• Drive innovation and operational efficiency across commercial functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Proven experience in a senior commercial, sales or executive leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business development, sales strategy and market expansion.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to lead high‑performing teams and manage large‑scale business operations.
