Channel & Business Development Manager - Nigeria

About the role

Honeywell Technologies is looking for a Channel & Business Development Manager for Nigeria, responsible for growing its channel business across Africa. The role works closely with Business Automation (BA) and Industrial Automation (IA) to expand channel coverage and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify master distributors across Africa.
• Work closely with BA and IA to drive channel growth and performance.
• Own channel expansion, optimization and cross-leverage plans, and the Africa Channels AOP.
• Own strategic channel relationships with IA and BA.
• Collaborate with the Africa leadership team to enable cross-selling and geographic expansion.
• Enable strong E2R expansion and growth.
• Target and shortlist top-potential projects for BA (key growth verticals) and for IA (terminals, EPCs and cross-selling).

Expected impact

• Double-digit growth of the Africa channel business and of E3R in Africa.
• Maximized channel coverage and performance across Africa.
• Strong cross-selling performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel management, business development, sales or a related commercial role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain distributor and channel-partner relationships, and to manage channel expansion and performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience working across African markets and distributor-led business models.
• Experience in the automation, building, industry or manufacturing sector is valued.
