About the role
Winnyz Catering is hiring a full-time Supervisor for its catering outlet in Abuja's Marina area. The role covers day-to-day operations, including product display, service delivery, customer care and cleanliness, and reporting to management.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations such as product display, service delivery, customer care and cleanliness.
- Ensure food is served and displayed according to company portion sizes and presentation standards.
- Make sure every customer is attended to promptly, courteously and professionally.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating unresolved issues to management.
- Conduct regular hygiene and cleanliness checks in dining areas, kitchen, restrooms and staff areas.
- Lead by example, ensuring staff punctuality, discipline and grooming.
- Carry out daily opening and closing checks and make sure all equipment works properly.
- Report performance metrics, customer feedback, operational issues and staff concerns to management.
Required profile
- Minimum of a BSc degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
