About the role

Bandage and Roses is seeking compassionate individuals to join its home‑care team across Nigeria. The positions include full‑time Caregiver roles and Registered Nurse roles, providing essential health services to clients in Ibadan and the wider Oyo State region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in‑home care, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Monitor patients’ health status and report changes to supervising medical staff.
• Administer prescribed medications and follow clinical protocols (for nurses).
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or certification in caregiving or nursing.
• Valid practising licence for Registered Nurse applicants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a compassionate attitude.
• Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic patient care techniques.
• Medication administration (nurses).
• Record‑keeping and documentation.
