About the role

Helic & Co is looking for a highly articulate Career Coach to deliver elite, end‑to‑end career guidance for professionals targeting the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. You will use your deep knowledge of these markets to help candidates secure strategic roles and advance their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions covering career transitions, promotions, and industry pivots.
• Provide market‑specific job search strategies for the US, Canada, and the UK, including hiring timelines and compliance standards.
• Review and optimise resumes, CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles to match regional expectations.
• Lead advanced mock interviews, behavioural coaching, and presentation preparation.
• Guide candidates through salary and equity negotiations.
• Teach proactive networking techniques using LinkedIn, industry associations, and recruiter outreach.
• Track candidate progress, analyse success rates, and refine coaching frameworks.

Required profile

• Professional experience in career coaching, executive search, university career services, or corporate talent acquisition.
• Proven expertise in the employment landscapes of the US, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
• Native‑level or fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Certified Career Coach (e.g., CPCC, BCC) or equivalent HR qualification.
