Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will partner with hiring managers and regional teams to manage the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to exit. You will ensure compliance, support performance management, and drive culture initiatives for a fast‑growing IT & Telecom business.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates; prepare salary proposals and offer letters.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation tracking, and exit processes across markets.
• Manage documentation, contracts and compliance for subcontracted staff.
• Support quarterly and annual performance cycles, PIPs, succession planning and IDPs.
• Drive culture transformation, engagement activities and wellness programs.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll, salary and benefits queries; validate monthly payroll inputs.
• Handle employee complaints, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and monitor industrial relations.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, generate reports and workforce analytics.

Required profile

• Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience as an HR Officer.
• Experience in Telecommunications, ICT or Technology sectors is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to multi‑country or regional HR operations is desirable.
• Professional HR certification (CHRP, CIPD, SHRM or equivalent) is a plus.
