Cards Fulfilment Officer

About the role

The Cards Fulfilment Officer will oversee the complete lifecycle of debit and credit card issuance, from the initial request to delivery to the customer. This position ensures that cards are personalized, printed, packaged and dispatched efficiently while meeting security and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end card fulfilment, coordinating with card processors and personalization bureaus.
• Ensure timely printing, packaging and dispatch of cards, monitoring service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for blanks, packaging materials and monitor stock levels, initiating reorders as needed.
• Liaise with vendors, personalization partners and courier services to track deliveries and resolve any delays or losses.
• Produce regular documentation and reports on fulfilment activities and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Guarantee compliance with PCI DSS and internal security policies, safeguarding card inventory and sensitive customer data.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
• Experience in inventory or stock management, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Good analytical skills to reconcile inventory discrepancies and monitor performance metrics.
