About the role
SabiRecruit is hiring a CAD expert on a contractor basis, based in Marina, Nigeria. The role covers creating and reviewing mechanical parts and assembly models, evaluating AI-generated CAD outputs and explaining mechanical engineering concepts clearly.
Key responsibilities
- Create and review mechanical parts and assembly models using CAD tools.
- Evaluate AI-generated CAD models, answers and scripts for accuracy.
- Explain mechanical engineering concepts clearly in writing and speech.
- Follow project guidelines and maintain high-quality work.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Professional CAD modelling experience.
- Good written English and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of design for manufacturing.
- CSWP/CSWE certification, production-scale parametric modelling, or experience with simulation and scripting.
The stated remuneration is NGN 570,000 per month.
