Business Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to help our customers adopt and use 390 Work effectively across their organisations. The role blends product knowledge, business‑process consulting and customer education to ensure clients realise operational value from our software.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with prospective and existing customers to understand their workflows, challenges and departmental needs.
• Design and deliver customised product demonstrations that map 390 Work features to the client’s specific requirements.
• Guide customers through onboarding, configuration, training and implementation, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.
• Document customer requirements, objections and implementation considerations, and relay feedback to the product team.
• Provide refresher sessions and introduce additional modules to existing users, driving broader adoption across departments.

Required profile

• Experience in product implementation, business operations, solutions consulting, business analysis, customer success or software training.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to explain software clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Confidence conducting meetings with business owners, executives, managers and employees.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to document requirements accurately.
• Curiosity and genuine interest in helping businesses improve their processes.
