IT Engineer

About the role

Davenop Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to manage and enhance its network and server infrastructure in Lagos. The role involves hands‑on technical support, project implementation, and ensuring security compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructures, including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
• Deploy and manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
• Provide Level 1‑3 technical support for hardware, software, networking, and security issues, handling tickets within SLA targets.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects, conduct site surveys, and support Microsoft 365, surveillance, and collaboration solutions.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident reports, and asset inventories.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least an HND in a related field.
