Business Operations Manager

About the role

The Business Operations Manager will partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, oversee cross‑functional projects and ensure the smooth execution of commercial and operational priorities. This senior position requires strong analytical and leadership abilities to support high‑level decision‑making and improve organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the CEO’s strategic initiatives and business priorities.
• Manage cross‑functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, accountability and alignment across departments.
• Coordinate commercial opportunities, partnerships and client engagements from initiation to completion.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, proposals, business cases and strategic plans.
• Organise executive meetings, track action items and ensure follow‑through.
• Monitor organisational performance, KPIs and project milestones, recommending corrective actions.
• Represent the CEO in meetings, stakeholder engagements and negotiations.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement efficiency‑boosting solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA or professional certification is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, management consulting, project management or executive office roles.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives and managing cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
