Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead on‑site activities for real‑estate development projects. The role involves coordinating contractors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction plans and schedules to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with procurement, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to align goals.
• Oversee daily site activities, supervise subcontractors, and ensure work follows approved plans and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, identify risks and enforce health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage permits, licenses and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as primary liaison between developers, contractors, vendors and project teams.
• Resolve conflicts, address design modifications and adapt to unforeseen challenges such as weather delays or supply‑chain issues.
• Lead final inspections, project handover and post‑construction warranty claims.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field; COREN certification mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years of construction management experience, preferably in real‑estate development.
• Proven experience managing building construction and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and contracts.
