Project Architect – Design & Documentation (Lagos)

About the role

The Project Architect will be responsible for preparing, developing and editing drawings, models, images and other design‑related documents for Uraga Real Estate projects. This role ensures that all design outputs meet client expectations and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce blueprints for each project and modify designs as instructed.
• Prepare and implement all necessary drawings, models and correspondence for allocated projects.
• Undertake site appraisals, advise stakeholders on statutory constraints and site conditions.
• Ensure projects follow design and safety standards throughout the construction phase.
• Supervise construction activities to guarantee compliance with approved designs.
• Prepare schedules and information to guide the procurement process.

Required profile

• Strong design awareness demonstrated through a quality portfolio.
• Ability to manage budgets and understand cost management.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and graphic software.
• Commitment to continuous learning and independent professional development.
