Business Intelligence Associate

About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Associate to partner with business divisions, understand analytics needs, and deliver actionable insights through data models, dashboards, and visualizations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytics requirements and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Perform complex data modeling, ensure data quality, and resolve data anomalies.
• Conduct statistical analyses, including classification, clustering, regression, and time‑series modeling.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences and support cross‑functional teams in business improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles.
• Proven ability to work within product‑focused cross‑functional teams and translate analytical findings into business strategy.

Required skills

• Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Python with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn libraries.
• Advanced SQL for querying large datasets.
• Data modeling techniques and statistical analysis.
