Business Head – Oil & Animal Feed

About the role

The Business Head – Oil & Animal Feed will provide strategic leadership for the factory, overseeing the full value chain from raw‑material sourcing to final product delivery. The role is accountable for commercial performance, financial results, regulatory compliance and sustainable growth aligned with the Group’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion for edible oils and animal feed.
• Lead manufacturing operations including oil extraction, refining, packaging and feed production, ensuring optimum plant utilisation, OEE improvement and cost‑effective processes.
• Manage the P&L, budgets, capital expenditures and cost‑optimisation initiatives while maintaining product quality.
• Oversee supply‑chain and procurement strategies for raw materials, additives and packaging, and optimise logistics and inventory.
• Drive commercial development, build strategic relationships with distributors and key accounts, and monitor market trends.
• Champion HSSE culture, ensure food‑safety compliance and lead continuous improvement programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Agribusiness or related field; MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 12–15 years progressive manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of P&L responsibility, business growth and managing large cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in edible‑oil processing, oilseed crushing, feed milling or agro‑processing operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
