Concrete Block Machine Operator

About the role

Oinkpalettel is hiring a Concrete Block Machine Operator to run its block-making machine. No prior experience is needed; you will receive 1-2 weeks of hands-on training. The role is purely machine operation, with no manual labour and no carrying of blocks, as the team handles loading and moving finished blocks.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the concrete block machine safely and efficiently
• Set up and adjust machine settings for different block sizes
• Monitor production to keep block quality consistent
• Carry out daily checks and basic cleaning of the machine
• Report faults or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately
• Keep simple daily production records
• Follow all safety rules and the supervisor's instructions

Required profile

• Minimum basic education (SSCE/WAEC)
• Basic numeracy and ability to read simple instructions
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow safety procedures
• Experience with machinery is an advantage but not required
