Business Head – Oil & Animal Feed

About the role

The Business Head – Oil & Animal Feed will provide strategic leadership and overall management of the factory’s operations, commercial performance, and financial results. Reporting to Executive Management, the role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across the entire value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with the Group’s vision.
• Lead manufacturing operations for oil extraction, refining, packaging, and animal feed production.
• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), minimise downtime and maximise output.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion for edible oils and animal feed.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and product diversification.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics and distribution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Provide regular performance updates to the Board.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in manufacturing leadership, preferably in oil extraction or animal feed production.
• Strong strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
