Sales Representative – Luxury Retail

About the role

Join Bridgemead Consulting as a Sales Representative delivering exceptional customer service and luxury shopping experiences. You will build strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and drive sales of premium products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized product recommendations, styling advice and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, manage appointments and follow‑up communications.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Ensure store presentation, merchandise displays and brand standards are consistently met.
• Process sales transactions accurately using designated systems.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment and product transfers.
• Promote new collections, events and brand campaigns to customers.
• Handle customer concerns professionally to maintain satisfaction.

Required profile

• HND or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in sales, retail or customer‑service, preferably in luxury or premium sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional presentation.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Professional appearance and grooming consistent with luxury brand standards.
