Business Growth & Onboarding Associate

About the role

The Business Growth & Onboarding Associate will drive customer acquisition for AiBiz, Aixept Technologies’ SaaS platform, by identifying promising businesses in Lagos, presenting the solution, and guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and approach businesses that can benefit from AiBiz, conducting on‑site visits and product demonstrations.
• Explain platform features such as sales, inventory and financial visibility to decision‑makers.
• Assist new customers with registration, account setup and initial training.
• Follow up post‑onboarding to encourage active usage and upsell additional features.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, convert qualified prospects into paying customers and meet monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
• Collect customer feedback and relay market insights to product and management teams.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and submit regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum HND (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing or customer success.
• Strong interest in technology and SaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking with business owners.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Lagos for client meetings.
