Business Growth Associate

About the role

Digital Skills Centre is looking for a proactive, commercially minded Business Growth Associate to expand its reach, increase enrolments across its digital skills training programmes, develop strategic partnerships and drive sustainable revenue growth. This is a hands-on role supporting business development across the Ikorodu centre, online programmes and other target markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and growth channels.
• Generate, qualify and convert leads into enrolments and partnerships.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline and manage prospect follow-ups.
• Develop partnerships with individuals, organisations, schools, businesses and community groups.
• Promote the training programmes and communicate their value effectively.
• Support marketing, outreach, networking and business development activities.
• Track sales activities, conversions and revenue performance, and report regularly with recommendations.
• Take initiative and contribute ideas that increase visibility, enrolments and revenue.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, customer acquisition or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently; immediate resumption is strongly preferred.
• Experience in education, technology, training or professional services is an advantage.

Required skills

• Lead generation and conversion of prospects into paying customers.
• Follow-up, organisation and problem-solving.
• Use of digital tools and social media for outreach and lead generation.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of N100,000 to N150,000 depending on experience and suitability.
• Performance-based commission on revenue generated: 7% for N3m to N7.999,999, 10% for N8m to N9.999,999, and 12% for N10m and above.
