About the role

Beta Hand NG is building Nigeria’s leading digital marketplace for skilled artisans and service professionals. As a Business Development & Partnerships Associate you will drive growth by recruiting artisans, forging strategic alliances, and expanding platform adoption on a commission‑based model.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard qualified artisans and skilled professionals to the Beta Hand platform.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with artisan associations, trade groups, businesses and relevant organisations.
• Represent Beta Hand professionally at meetings, networking events and industry gatherings.
• Educate new artisans on platform usage and support them until they become active users.
• Spot partnership opportunities that increase platform adoption and generate measurable outcomes.
• Submit weekly activity and progress reports to management.
