Business Development Officer - HR Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to drive growth for our HR solutions portfolio. This remote position requires self‑motivation, target orientation, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline entirely online.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for HR software, payroll, recruitment, training, and consulting services.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR managers, CEOs, and decision‑makers, understanding client pain points and positioning appropriate solutions.
• Prepare proposals, conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Track competitor activity, industry trends, and provide feedback to improve offerings.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide weekly updates on pipeline, activities, and forecasts.

Required profile

• 2+ years proven experience selling HR solutions, HR tech, payroll, recruitment services, or B2B SaaS to corporate clients.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Hunter mentality, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
