Business Development Manager – Lagos

About the role

CERAFINI, a premium partner for architectural surfaces and project specification across West Africa, is looking for a Business Development professional to join its Lagos office. The role focuses on generating new opportunities with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors and project owners, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors and project owners.
• Conduct lead generation, market research, client meetings, presentations and proposal development aligned with CERAFINI’s product portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate material specifications, pricing and timelines.
• Provide ongoing customer support from initial contact through project delivery.
• Track market trends, report on performance metrics and contribute to strategic growth initiatives in West Africa.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in business development, sales or account management within architecture, construction or building‑materials sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Lagos, manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
