Business Development Manager

About the role

Zuri Circle Network is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to own and expand its partnership and deal pipeline, unlocking new capital and commercial pathways for female‑led businesses. This hands‑on position focuses on closing valuable partnerships, building internal revenue streams, and negotiating directly with decision‑makers across finance, technology, and consumer markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and close external partnership negotiations from outreach to signed agreements across key industries, including financial services and lifestyle brands.
• Build clear revenue pathways for ZCN’s ecosystem (GROW Fund, Wealth Track, Health Track) and monetize internal products.
• Own the membership growth funnel, driving upgrade conversions, improving retention, and running upsell campaigns.
• Maintain a live pipeline of prospective partners, tracking each conversation from pitch to closed deal.
• Oversee external agencies such as media buying and ad management to ensure strong ROI on marketing spend.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of verifiable B2B sales, business development, or partnership management experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate win‑win sponsorship or partnership structures with corporate decision‑makers.
• Data‑driven operational discipline with clear sales funnels, SOPs, and conversion metrics.
• Self‑starter mentality, capable of building processes from scratch in a fast‑moving, bootstrapped environment.
