Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for Cen Global Services Limited by uncovering new market opportunities, acquiring clients, and forging strategic partnerships. You will shape and execute business development strategies that boost revenue and strengthen the company’s service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
• Design and implement strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and service pitches.
• Lead negotiations and close business deals successfully.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored client solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend actions to improve competitiveness.
• Produce regular business development reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Represent the company at meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building and networking skills.
• Experience in consulting, engineering, facility management, HVAC services, training, outsourcing, or corporate services is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
