Business Development Manager - Forex & Crypto

About the role

Vantage, a multi-asset brokerage offering CFDs on Forex, commodities, indices, shares and cryptocurrencies, is looking for a Business Development Manager in Nigeria. The role drives client acquisition, builds strong relationships and achieves sales targets in the forex and crypto trading markets, working closely with Sales Support, Marketing and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for forex and crypto trading, and maintain relationships with existing clients, partners and introducing brokers (IBs)
• Provide product guidance, trading platform demonstrations and account setup support, resolving client queries promptly
• Achieve individual and team sales targets for client acquisition, deposits and trading volumes, and track and report sales metrics, pipeline and client activity
• Support incentive and commission calculations with Sales Support
• Work with Marketing on campaigns and promotions, gather market intelligence on competitors and trends, and take part in webinars, seminars and events
• Ensure client onboarding complies with KYC, AML and other regulatory requirements, and keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development or client relationship roles, preferably in forex, crypto or financial services
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Knowledge of trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader or proprietary platforms) is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
