Business Development Executive – HMO Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a driven, confident and results‑oriented HMO / Business Development Executive to join our team in Port Harcourt. The role focuses on building strong relationships with HMOs, corporate organisations and other partners while actively driving patient and business growth for the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with HMOs, corporate organisations and insurance providers.
• Identify and secure new HMO partnerships and corporate healthcare accounts.
• Manage existing HMO relationships and ensure smooth communication.
• Drive corporate and HMO patient referrals to the clinic.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, contracts and partnership opportunities.
• Represent the clinic professionally during meetings and business engagements.
• Monitor business development activities and provide regular reports.
• Identify new opportunities for revenue and patient growth.

Required profile

• Experience in HMO, healthcare business development, sales or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to independently generate and convert business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian HMO/healthcare landscape.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet set business development targets.
• Existing HMO or corporate healthcare contacts are an advantage.

What we offer

• Benchmark salary of N250,000 per month.
