Business Development Associate - 3D Animation & VFX

About the role

The Business Development Associate supports the commercial and client services pipeline for 3D animation and VFX services. The role covers lead generation and qualification, client communication, pitch preparation and sales opportunity tracking, helping the studio grow its revenue and meet commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify prospective clients in advertising, broadcast, corporate and entertainment sectors
• Assist in qualifying inbound leads, manage early-stage client communications and keep CRM records and sales pipeline trackers up to date
• Support the commercial team with project briefs, pitch decks, proposals and other business development documents
• Coordinate follow-ups with prospective and active clients to support onboarding and client satisfaction

Required profile

• Mastercard Foundation alumnus or scholar with 0-2 years of post-graduation experience
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
• Proactive, target-driven mindset with strong research, communication and presentation skills
• Genuine interest in animation, media and creative technology industries

Required skills

• Exceptional written and spoken English, able to communicate professionally with corporate clients
