Business Development Analyst

About the role

The Business Development Analyst will support the growth of our corporate client base by promoting proprietary treasury solutions and driving revenue through strategic cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a growing portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring consistent engagement and retention.
• Pitch Zitra’s proprietary treasury solutions to prospective corporate and SME clients.
• Negotiate competitive FX pricing structures that meet client needs while protecting profit margins.
• Execute cross‑selling strategies to introduce additional payment rails and financial products to existing accounts.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, pipeline progress, and revenue targets accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in FX sales, treasury management, investment, corporate banking, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of international payment rails and foreign exchange market fundamentals.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts and negotiate terms with corporate decision‑makers.
• Capacity to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while meeting operational deadlines.
• Comfort working in a hybrid office environment focused on efficiency and goal‑oriented performance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and track pipeline.
