About the role
Standard Bank Group is seeking a Business Analyst to drive feature development and implementation of Enterprise Solutions such as Salesforce and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across its Stanbic IBTC IAM entities.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage feature development and implementation for Salesforce and RPA projects.
- Guide the collection of business requirements and create technical user stories for administrators, developers, and QA teams.
- Apply Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project/Product Management (both Waterfall and Agile) and Change Management methodologies.
Required profile
- Minimum B.Sc/B.Tech/B.Eng degree.
- Certifications in Salesforce (Ranger/Administrator/Business Analyst), RPA, Business Analysis, Project/Product Management, and Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
Required skills
- Salesforce platform expertise.
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
