Business Analyst – FinTech (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our engineering team and help shape high‑impact fintech products. The role is fully remote and supports our expanding portfolio of digital lending, BNPL and other financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Risk and Operations to translate business goals into clear product and system requirements.
• Lead discovery and requirements gathering for new features, products and process improvements.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, process flows and related documentation.
• Support product delivery by clarifying requirements, managing scope and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
• Analyze business processes, product performance and operational workflows to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs, regulatory requirements and user expectations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis or Product Operations.
• Background in fintech, banking, lending, payments or digital financial products.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional product and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience documenting requirements, stakeholder management and process modelling.
• Familiarity with Agile product development environments.
