About the role
Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Nigeria team. In this role you will work within cross‑functional project teams to help clients solve complex business challenges and drive transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams to analyse client data and formulate hypotheses.
- Develop actionable recommendations and support their implementation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, communicating findings clearly.
- Contribute to overall project success and maintain high quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- 0–3 years of professional experience.
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments and work collaboratively.
