Branding, Marketing & Communications Officer

About the role

The Branding, Marketing & Communications Officer plays a central role in shaping and delivering branding, marketing and digital communications strategy for Therbo Consulting and its subsidiary Insights and Stats. The goal is to strengthen the organisation's brand, deepen audience engagement, generate quality leads for research and consulting work, promote thought leadership and keep internal and external messaging consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the corporate brand identity across all channels, keeping brand voice, visuals and messaging aligned
• Build annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps and run integrated campaigns for products, reports, services, events and data platforms
• Create content such as research briefs, articles, blog posts, white papers, case studies, newsletters, press releases and promotional assets
• Manage the website, including SEO and SEM, email marketing, newsletters and analytics on traffic and conversions
• Design infographics, charts, dashboards and visual data representations, and standardised branded templates for reports and presentations
• Administer social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram), track metrics and measure performance
• Organise webinars, research launches and conferences, and promote company events
• Support sales and business development, help write proposals, and design initiatives to grow subscriptions, report downloads and client inquiries
• Carry out market research, define KPIs, compile monthly and quarterly performance summaries and advise on branding and marketing innovation
