Brand & Content Manager - Real Estate

About the role

The Jo Properties is a real estate firm focused on finding high-return investment opportunities and suitable homes for its clients, streamlining the property journey from sourcing to documentation. It is hiring a Brand & Content Manager for a hybrid role in Lekki to build and run brand and content strategies that strengthen the firm's market presence and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create marketing content for digital platforms, property listings, campaigns and client communications
• Manage social media channels
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams so that messaging stays consistent
• Maintain brand guidelines across all materials
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise content based on results
• Contribute creative ideas to improve client engagement and lead generation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in real estate marketing or property advertising is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Lekki, collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage several projects and deadlines

Required skills

• Brand strategy, content planning and campaign development in real estate or related sectors
• Content writing, copywriting and editing for web, social media and marketing materials
• Social media management, digital marketing and basic analytics tools
• Market and property research turned into client-focused content
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail and brand consistency
