About the role
The Bouncer will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests at Shugarz Brand venues in Port Harcourt. You will be responsible for controlling access, monitoring crowd behavior, and responding to incidents promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Control entry and exit points, verifying each guest’s access.
- Monitor crowd behavior efficiently and prevent disturbances.
- Prevent fights and other incidents during operations.
- Protect staff and guests, enforcing company rules professionally.
- Conduct routine patrols throughout the venue.
- Assist during emergencies and report incidents promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: BSc degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar security role.
