CCTV Operative – Security Surveillance Specialist

About the role

The CCTV Operative will monitor and manage surveillance systems across multiple branches, ensuring the safety of assets and personnel. You will work closely with security teams to detect and respond to any suspicious activity.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CCTV systems at all assigned locations.
• Detect, record, and report unusual or unlawful activities.
• Provide real‑time alerts to security teams and management.
• Retrieve and archive video footage for investigations.
• Conduct regular system checks to ensure continuous functionality.
• Maintain confidentiality of all recorded footage and security information.
• Collaborate with branch security staff and law enforcement when required.
• Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly surveillance reports.
• Support loss‑prevention initiatives and internal investigations.
• Adhere strictly to company security policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification.
• 2‑4 years proven experience as a CCTV Operative.
• Strong observation, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to stay alert and calm under pressure.
• High integrity, confidentiality and discipline.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
