Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor will lead and coordinate the security team at our Port Harcourt facilities, ensuring a safe environment for staff and assets. This role involves overseeing daily security operations, training new personnel, and responding promptly to incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of security staff members.
• Train new security personnel on procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols to monitor and enforce security measures.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and report breaches.
• Collaborate with management to develop security policies.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to maintain high security levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Valid security guard license or certification.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
