About the role
The Team Leader – Bar supervises daily bar operations, ensuring excellent guest service, beverage quality and operational efficiency in line with Hyatt Regency standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and coach bar associates, handling guest enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor beverage preparation, presentation, inventory, wastage control and accurate billing.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety, and ensure compliance with operating procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum OND or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 2‑3 years experience in bar operations within an upscale hotel or restaurant, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership and customer‑service skills, able to work under pressure and resolve guest concerns.
Required skills
- Knowledge of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, cocktails and bar service standards.
- Experience with inventory control, beverage cost management and POS operations.
- Cash‑handling procedures and responsible alcohol‑service practices.
