Associate Financial Advisory

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Financial Advisory to join our team in Lagos. The role supports advisory engagements across capital raising, M&A, restructuring and valuation projects, delivering insightful analysis to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct industry and market research to inform advisory work.
• Build and maintain financial models and perform valuation analysis.
• Assist in preparing client pitches, presentations and transaction documentation.
• Support capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and due‑diligence projects.
• Analyze financial statements and business performance to produce strategic recommendations.
• Respond promptly to client and stakeholder requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
