Associate Data Analyst

About the role

Sproxil Nigeria Limited is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join its Analytics & Data Intelligence team. The role focuses on modelling and interpreting complex public‑health and product‑integrity datasets to generate evidence that guides programme decisions for donor‑funded initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate and organise public‑health survey and programme data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analysis on health outcomes, user engagement and programme indicators, applying epidemiological methods to identify trends and risk factors.
• Support monitoring and evaluation frameworks, contribute to donor and stakeholder reporting, and assist in designing data collection tools for new initiatives.
• Build dashboards, charts and periodic analytical reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and Grants teams to align analysis with organisational goals and respond to ad‑hoc data requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Global Health, Statistics or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, epidemiology, biostatistics, monitoring & evaluation or global‑health programme evaluation.
• Prior exposure to donor‑funded public‑health or research projects.
