Assistant Project Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Specialist to support day‑to‑day project operations within our warehouse and transfer hub. The role involves coordinating timelines, preparing documentation, and providing direct assistance to senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Schedule and organize meetings, site visits, and follow‑ups.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of all project activities.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and areas needing escalation.
• Provide direct support to senior executives, including calendar management and travel logistics.
• Draft, review, and manage high‑level correspondence and reports.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Required profile

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discipline, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
