About the role
The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring smooth service delivery and meeting sales objectives. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a team of staff, manage inventory, and uphold company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise store staff and oversee daily store operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service quality.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and overall operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
