Annuity Sales Expert

About the role

The Annuity Sales Expert will drive sales of annuity products while building lasting client relationships. This full‑time, hybrid position combines office work in Lagos with flexible remote days, focusing on retirement and long‑term income solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients, conduct needs assessments and present suitable annuity options.
• Close sales in line with company targets and ensure smooth policy onboarding.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service, respond to inquiries and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client servicing and policy administration.
• Stay informed about market trends and regulatory requirements to provide compliant advice.

Required profile

• Proven sales and retail sales experience in financial services or insurance, consistently meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, able to explain complex financial concepts simply.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail and adherence to compliance requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time across office and remote settings.
