About the role

Brit Properties Nigeria Limited, a real estate developer based in Benin City, Edo State, is recruiting a full-time Agency Manager. The company describes itself as more than a land seller, helping clients turn their property visions into reality.

Key responsibilities

Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent unit managers.
Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 20 sales executives.
Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and plans to build brand visibility and help the agency meet its targets.
Ensure the team's monthly targets are met and exceeded.
Achieve an excellent monthly sales result.

What we offer

Monthly salary of N150,000 to N200,000.
