Agency Banking Field Representative

About the role

Catilas Resources Limited is recruiting motivated individuals to act as Agency Banking Field Representatives for a leading commercial bank in Nigeria. You will expand the bank’s reach by recruiting, training and supporting banking agents across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard suitable agents according to the bank’s requirements.
• Train agents on the bank’s products, services and digital platforms.
• Maintain relationships with agents, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Ensure agents adhere to banking regulations and operational guidelines, including fraud prevention.
• Devise plans to expand agency banking and improve customer service.
• Educate agents on digital banking to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• HND/Bachelor’s degree (minimum Lower Credit/Second Class Lower); degree in Business, Finance or banking preferred.
• Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
• Previous sales or relationship‑management experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of commercial banking products and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to agent locations nationwide.
