Administrative Manager

About the role

The Administrative Manager will lead the day‑to‑day office operations of Inspiration 92.3 FM Lagos. Based on‑site in the Marina district, this full‑time position ensures that administrative processes run smoothly, supporting both on‑air programming and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee office administration, including correspondence, record‑keeping, and document management.
• Supervise and mentor office staff, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for department heads and senior management.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, procurement procedures, and budgeting guidelines.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR on budgeting, invoicing, vendor relations, onboarding, and training logistics.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement best‑practice improvements.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in media or broadcasting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience supervising staff and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills
