About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial records, assets, and payroll. The role involves ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards while supporting the finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, examining, and analysing accounting records and financial reports.
- Appraise, evaluate, and inventory company assets, maintaining an asset register.
- Record, reconcile, and post petty cash and fuel imprest.
- Reconcile payments and receipts, confirm customer deposits, and issue receipts.
- Manage all accounting transactions and administer payrolls.
- Control income and expenditure, audit financial information, and compile reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries, and financial statements.
Required profile
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
