About the role

The company is seeking an entry‑level Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, support payroll, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

Record and maintain daily financial transactions
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment documents
Monitor income, expenses, and company payments
Reconcile bank statements and financial records
Prepare monthly financial reports
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Assist with payroll and staff payments
Maintain proper records of financial documents and support budgeting and expense tracking

Required profile

HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Previous accounting experience is an advantage
Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
Proximity to Choba/Rumuji is an advantage

Required skills

Microsoft Excel
QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
Sage (or similar accounting software)
